Sales Development package FAQs

Why is 80 hours the Most Popular option?

It is the featured DFC starting level for businesses seeking consistent support without committing to the larger 120- or 160-hour workload. The right fit still depends on your pipeline and goals.

What does the 120-hour option add?

It adds 40 hours of monthly capacity over the 80-hour plan, creating more room for new outreach, nurturing, follow-up and pipeline coordination. We agree how those hours are allocated.

What is the difference between Sales Development and Business Development / Sales Closing?

Sales Development builds and nurtures your pipeline. Our team prospects, starts conversations, qualifies potential clients and follows up to develop opportunities for the next sales step.

Business Development / Sales Closing takes a more hands-on role in the sale. Experienced sales support helps shape the strategy, build relationships, lead sales discussions and demos, address objections, follow up on proposals and move opportunities toward a buying decision.

Choose Sales Development when you need help creating and developing opportunities. Choose Business Development / Sales Closing when you need deeper sales involvement and closing support. We agree the responsibilities and handoff around your business; prospect research can use purchased hours in either service.

Can prospect research and list building use our package hours?

Yes. You can use purchased Sales Development hours for prospect research and list building, alongside outreach and follow-up. We agree how to allocate those hours around your priorities. Research uses the package hours you purchase; it is not an additional free allowance. Manual Lead Generation is also available as a standalone service.

Can you support different industries?

Yes. DFC tailors outreach and qualification to each client’s industry, audience and sales process rather than using the same approach for every business.

Business Development / Sales Closing package FAQs

Yes. You can use purchased Business Development / Sales Closing hours for prospect research and list building, alongside sales conversations, follow-up and closing support. We agree how to allocate those hours around your priorities. Research uses the package hours you purchase; it is not an additional free allowance. Manual Lead Generation is also available as a standalone service.

What changes between 40, 80 and 160 hours?

The available capacity and depth of ongoing involvement increase. Forty hours suits focused priorities; 80 hours allows a more active role across the sales conversation; 160 hours supports a substantial ongoing workload.

Can DFC run product or service demos?

Yes, demos and presentations can be included in the agreed Business Development scope after your offer, messaging and process are understood.

Does closing support mean you can sign contracts for us?

No signing authority is assumed. We agree the responsibilities, approval steps, pricing boundaries and handoff process with your business.

How is this different from Appointment Setting?

Appointment Setting concentrates on calls and meetings. Business Development / Sales Closing goes deeper into relationships, sales discussions, demos, objections and moving opportunities toward a decision.

Do you offer a more customized sales partnership?

Yes. We can scope a different monthly allocation or combine business development with other DFC services. Ask about additional options and volume pricing.

Appointment Setting package FAQs

Does Appointment Setting include prospect research or list building?

No. Prospect research and list building are not included in Appointment Setting packages. These hours are for calling, callbacks and appointment booking using your provided prospect list. If you need a researched list, Manual Lead Generation is available separately.

How do the 60-, 80- and 160-hour options differ?

They provide progressively more time for outbound calls, callbacks and appointment coordination. Choose 60 hours for a focused start, 80 hours for a more consistent calling rhythm, or 160 hours for a larger workload. The scope and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Is this the same as Sales Development?

No. Appointment Setting centers on calling and booking meetings. Sales Development adds broader qualification, nurturing and pipeline support. Business Development / Sales Closing supports deeper sales conversations and closing within the agreed scope.

Do these plans include CRM management?

CRM management is scoped separately. Appointment Setting includes call-outcome documentation and the agreed appointment handoff; it is not a default full CRM-management service.

Do you guarantee a number of appointments?

No fixed appointment count is promised. Results depend on the audience, offer, contact data, reachability, qualification criteria and available hours.

Can a small business start with a different number of hours?

Yes. These are featured options. Tell us your budget, list size and meeting capacity so we can discuss a custom package.

Speed to Lead package FAQs

What is included in each monthly package?

Recruit includes 250 prepaid minutes and 20 SDR hours; Watch includes 500 prepaid minutes and 25 SDR hours; Quarters includes 750 prepaid minutes and 40 SDR hours; Overboard includes 1,000 prepaid minutes and 60 SDR hours. All include weekly reports, script collaboration and a minute tracker.

How does the five-minute response goal work?

The goal applies during the coverage hours agreed for your business. Your proposal confirms scheduling, lead handoffs and the follow-up process.

Are prepaid minutes and SDR hours interchangeable?

They are separate allocations. Your proposal defines the work tracked against each, so you can understand how the team’s time and minutes are used.

What if we need an option between Watch and Overboard?

Quarters provides 750 prepaid minutes and 40 SDR hours for $3,800 per month. You can also request a custom combination based on your lead volume and coverage needs.

Can DFC qualify prospects and book appointments?

Yes. Qualification, follow-up and appointment coordination are agreed around your campaign and the team receiving the handoff.

When do additional-minute charges begin?

Only after all prepaid minutes in your selected package have been used in the billing period: Recruit after 250 minutes at $1.85 per additional minute; Watch after 500 minutes at $1.80; Quarters after 750 minutes at $1.75; Overboard after 1,000 minutes at $1.75. SDR hours are a separate allocation.

Do unused prepaid minutes roll over?

No. Unused prepaid minutes do not roll over into the next billing period unless specifically agreed in your contract.

Whose company does your Speed to Lead team represent?

Yours. Our team acts as part of your company, using your business name, approved greeting and messaging. We do not introduce ourselves as D Foster Consulting or as an outside agency. Representing your company is standard in every Speed to Lead package.

Manual Lead Generation package FAQs

What makes Tier 2 different from Tier 1?

Both featured options contain 500 leads. Tier 2 allows a more detailed research brief and additional agreed information. We define the fields and qualification criteria before work starts.

Does Tier 3 include more leads automatically?

Tier 3 is custom scoped. It can address specialized targeting, research complexity, data requirements or different lead volumes; the proposal specifies what is included.

Are calls or email campaigns included?

No. Manual Lead Generation is prospect research and list building only. Appointment Setting, Sales Development and other outreach can be quoted separately.

Are the same lists sold to everyone?

No. DFC builds lists around the specific client’s agreed criteria rather than reselling the same list to multiple clients.

Can you guarantee every contact will answer or buy?

No. A researched record does not guarantee reachability, interest or a purchase. Research criteria and the information to be delivered are agreed in your scope.

Are 500, 1,000 and 1,500 minutes different levels of service quality?

No. Every client should receive professional, human service. The featured options primarily differ in prepaid capacity and the workload they are intended to support. Your specific intake and routing instructions are agreed separately.

Executive hours cover agreed leadership, planning and process guidance. Generalist/admin hours cover the hands-on coordination, documentation and workforce support needed to carry out the process.

Yes. Recruiting, hiring coordination, onboarding and payroll-administration support can be scoped around your business. The division of responsibilities, approvals and systems access is agreed before work starts.

DFC provides administrative support around the agreed HR and payroll workflow. It is not being offered as a payroll provider, accounting firm or tax service.

Can we build an HR and travel or answering package?

Work Travel & Hospitality package FAQs

How are the three travel packages different?

No. The package pays for DFC support time. Hotel, flight, transportation and other third-party travel costs are separate.

Can you support both small teams and large workforces?

Yes. We scope the workload around the people traveling, destinations, reservation volume, changes and communication needed. A larger team is not automatically covered by a smaller hour allocation.

Are you a travel agency?

DFC provides work travel and hospitality coordination. We agree booking responsibilities, purchasing approvals and vendor arrangements with your business.

Can travel and expense support be combined?

Yes. We can discuss a coordinated travel and administrative-support package, with expense responsibilities and approval steps clearly defined.

Owners and leadership teams can use consulting for sales, operations, people processes, hospitality and business-growth priorities within DFC’s experience. We agree the topic and fit first.

Does consulting include someone doing the work for us?

Can we request a project instead?

Yes. Defined consulting projects and other hour allocations remain available. We agree deliverables, timeline and price before starting.

Remote Sales Training package FAQs

Which training format should we choose?

Choose the Power Session for one focused skill, the Intensive for a deeper challenge with practice, Full-Day for a broader curriculum, or Two-Day for additional application and coaching. We can also recommend another format around your goals.

Is the training live or prerecorded?

These featured packages are interactive remote training delivered by experienced sales leadership, rather than a generic prerecorded course.

Can training focus on our industry, product or service?

Yes. The agenda is agreed around your business, sales process, team and goals. We do not assume the same curriculum fits every company.

Do you still offer half-day training or ongoing coaching?

Yes. Half-day sessions, custom programs, ongoing coaching and Training + Implementation remain available as additional options.

Is pricing per attendee?

These package prices describe the agreed training engagement. Team size, preparation, agenda and delivery requirements are confirmed in the proposal; no unlimited-attendee promise is assumed.

Can DFC help us put the process into practice?

Yes. Training can be paired with separately scoped DFC implementation or sales development support. We define the people, hours and responsibilities in a custom package.

White-Label & Strategic Partnerships

Built around your business.

Custom pricing based on the services, hours, volume, coverage and leadership your partnership needs.

Combine services with a coordinated team and agreed workflows. Bundled services are scoped individually.

White-Label & Strategic Partnerships package FAQs

Can we build a package across multiple DFC services?

Yes. We can combine the capabilities your client or business needs, with clear service boundaries, hours or volume, coverage and a coordinated communication process.

Can your team represent our brand?

Yes. We agree the client-facing greeting, messaging, approved responsibilities and handoff process so the work fits your agency or business.

How is a custom partnership priced?

Pricing reflects the services, workload, hours or volume, coverage and leadership required. We put the scope and price in a proposal rather than treating every partnership as the same package.

Are combined services automatically discounted?

Ask about volume discounts. Any discount depends on the agreed work and is confirmed in the proposal; it is not an automatic discount on every combination.

Who owns the client relationship?

We agree communication, approvals, reporting and the client-facing responsibilities before starting. The partnership is built to support your business relationship.
