Meet Our Leadership Team
Danielle Foster, Founder & President and Sarah Black, Vice President currently are the executive team to D Foster Consulting. Both have 20+ years experience in executive leadership, sales, business operations, and human resources. Erin McGrath, General Manager brings years of experience in sales & leadership where she helps guide our team to success. Shawna Cotton specializes in sales & administration bringing support to our executive team. Fallon Bailey is an expert with our sales & business development, not with just ourselves but with our clients as well. Kareanne Hayden brings knowledge of client success running our contact center as a boutique call-center with speed to lead response. This well-oiled machine has helped over 100+ new clients per year grow their business and currently supports our 50-person team.
Danielle Foster
President & Founder
Danielle Foster is the Founder and President of D Foster Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Executive Leadership, and Human Resources. With that experience she began to help support small to enterprise businesses by consulting or having their companies utilize D Foster Consulting. She is a military spouse and mother to 3 beautiful children. When she is not running DFC you can find her going viral on TikTok, watching crime tv, or at the beach!
Sarah Black
Vice President
Sarah Black, MBA is the Vice President of D Foster Consulting. Before D Foster Consulting, she was a serial Entrepreneur and has a diverse background in mental health, child development, education, business and leadership. Sarah is neurodiverse, a total nerd, speaks fluent sarcasm and loves to learn new things! When not helping run DFC, you can find her reading, renovating, at the beach or finding new places to explore with her 3 kids!
Erin
General Manager
Erin is D Foster Consulting’s General Manager and holds down the fort at the executive office! With over 20 years of customer service, leadership, and sales experience. She has helped create high quality relationships with our clients and team members with her great problem solving, training, and mentoring. When Erin is not here supporting us. She is with her husband and two daughters, or lifting & kicking it at the gym!
Shawna
Client Success Manager &
Executive Assistant to the President
Shawna is our Client Success Manager. Shawna started with D Foster as an appointment setter in 2022. She worked her way up from Appointment Setter to SDR to Administrative assistant to a Case Manager and now our Client Success Manager! She has a bachelor’s degree in English, and before joining us at D Foster, she worked as an E911 dispatcher for her local agency. Shawna is known as our crazy goat lady. In her spare time, she is outside working with her family and their many animals. They raise and shows goats competitively!
Fallon
Sales Manager
Fallon is our Sales Manager. Fallon started with D Foster as an appointment setter in 2022 and has worked her way through as a sale and business development representative before becoming one of our supervisors and now a manager. Fallon is a veteran and served in the US NAVY with 4 tours in Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. She also has several years experience in retail management. Fallon enjoys reading, gardening and being an active parent to her 3 kids. She proudly wears the title of Chaos Manager, uplifting her team while having a little fun!
Kareanne
Contact Center Manager
Kareanne is our Contact Center Manager who started as an SDR in 2023. Before D Foster, she left the customer service field to travel the country as a military spouse and stay home with her three children for 12 years. Kareanne is dedicated to providing the best service for our clients and their customers as well as supporting our team! When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family, planting flowers, or drinking iced coffee!
