Speed to Lead package FAQs

What is included in each monthly package?

Recruit includes 250 prepaid minutes and 20 SDR hours; Watch includes 500 prepaid minutes and 25 SDR hours; Quarters includes 750 prepaid minutes and 40 SDR hours; Overboard includes 1,000 prepaid minutes and 60 SDR hours. All include weekly reports, script collaboration and a minute tracker.

How does the five-minute response goal work?

The goal applies during the coverage hours agreed for your business. Your proposal confirms scheduling, lead handoffs and the follow-up process.

Are prepaid minutes and SDR hours interchangeable?

They are separate allocations. Your proposal defines the work tracked against each, so you can understand how the team’s time and minutes are used.

What if we need an option between Watch and Overboard?

Quarters provides 750 prepaid minutes and 40 SDR hours for $3,800 per month. You can also request a custom combination based on your lead volume and coverage needs.

Can DFC qualify prospects and book appointments?

Yes. Qualification, follow-up and appointment coordination are agreed around your campaign and the team receiving the handoff.

When do additional-minute charges begin?

Only after all prepaid minutes in your selected package have been used in the billing period: Recruit after 250 minutes at $1.85 per additional minute; Watch after 500 minutes at $1.80; Quarters after 750 minutes at $1.75; Overboard after 1,000 minutes at $1.75. SDR hours are a separate allocation.

Do unused prepaid minutes roll over?

No. Unused prepaid minutes do not roll over into the next billing period unless specifically agreed in your contract.

Does Speed to Lead create a prospect list?

No. Speed to Lead responds to inbound leads your business receives. Manual Lead Generation researches prospect lists and is a separate service.

Whose company does your Speed to Lead team represent?

Yours. Our team acts as part of your company, using your business name, approved greeting and messaging. We do not introduce ourselves as D Foster Consulting or as an outside agency. Representing your company is standard in every Speed to Lead package.
