Danielle brings executive leadership experience in sales and Human Resources, with a career spanning business development and hospitality. She has helped grow large teams, developed salespeople and trained teams to strengthen performance. As a Regional Director of Sales overseeing 75+ hotels, she led sales teams and built strategies focused on business growth.

She built D Foster Consulting from the ground up without investors, combining that experience with a belief: never take the human out of sales. A military spouse, wife and mom of three, Danielle leads with practical experience, real relationships and a strategy tailored to each client.

Sarah is the operational force behind D Foster Consulting, bringing structure to chaos and turning big ideas into systems that work. Her experience spans operations, HR and payroll administration, project management, employee development and process improvement.

Approachable, encouraging and people-focused, Sarah brings structure and steady direction to a growing company. Military life and raising three children have reinforced her ability to adapt, coordinate competing priorities and keep people moving toward a shared goal. Danielle sees possibilities. As General Manager of D Foster Consulting, Kareanne works with Danielle and Sarah to keep day-to-day operations, team coordination and client service moving together. She supports managers and staff with clear communication, practical guidance and a focus on consistent service across the company.

Kareanne’s DFC journey began in 2023 as a Sales Development Representative. Through hands-on experience and a commitment to developing others, she grew into her role as General Manager. Today, she supports managers, strengthens communication across teams and keeps daily operations focused on client expectations. A military spouse and mother of three, she understands the value of flexibility, accountability and taking care of people.
